At StatusEarn (operated by Ojustek Solutions), we connect advertisers directly with promoters' personal circles. Because ads are shared on promoters' personal social media channels (WhatsApp Status, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.), we maintain strict guidelines for the content, safety, and formatting of all submitted campaigns to protect users and promoters alike.
1. Prohibited Ad Categories
Campaigns promoting the following categories are strictly prohibited on the StatusEarn network. Any attempts to launch ads in these categories will result in campaign rejection and potential advertiser account suspension:
- Adult content, pornography, and sexually suggestive material.
- Gambling, betting apps, casinos, and real-money gaming apps (other than government-licensed fantasy platforms).
- Cryptocurrency, speculative tokens, multi-level marketing (MLM), or "get-rich-quick" schemes.
- Tobacco, alcohol, e-cigarettes, weapons, and recreational drugs.
- Hate speech, political propaganda, religious discrimination, or inflammatory statements.
2. Creative & Layout Quality
All submitted image or video creatives must meet high resolution and readability standards:
- **Formatting**: Layouts optimized for mobile viewing (e.g. 9:16 vertical aspect ratio for stories/Reels/Shorts, or square/horizontal formats where appropriate).
- **Clear Messaging**: Creative copy must be legible, grammatically correct, and free from misleading timers or mock buttons (such as fake play icons or fake notification indicators).
- **Disclosure Compliance**: All creatives must leave sufficient space for the promoter's required sponsorship disclosure (e.g. `#Ad` or `Sponsored`) to remain clearly visible.
3. Landing Page Requirements
The destination URL configured for the campaign must point to a secure, active landing page that:
- Employs standard HTTPS encryption.
- Accurately matches the promise made in the ad creative.
- Does not trigger pop-up blockages, drive-by downloads, or display deceptive landing page countdown clocks.
4. Consumer Protection (ASCI Compliance)
Advertisers are fully responsible for ensuring that their campaign claims comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines. No false statements regarding discounts, pricing, efficacy, or user endorsements are allowed.
