Promoter Rules of Conduct

As a promoter for StatusEarn (operated by Ojustek Solutions), you represent brands in a personal, peer-to-peer capacity. Maintaining high levels of traffic quality and platform integrity is crucial. These Rules of Conduct set the standards you must follow to remain eligible for campaigns and payouts.

1. Creative Integrity & Formatting

You must share campaigns exactly as provided by the advertisers. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Cropping, editing, overlaying text, or altering the campaign creative image or video in any way.
  • Modifying, shortening, or wrapping your unique tracking link in other link-redirect domains.
  • Removing or modifying mandatory advertisement disclosures (e.g. `#Ad` or `Sponsored`) provided in the creative description.

2. Campaign Retention Rule

Stories or status updates (such as WhatsApp Status or Instagram Stories) naturally disappear after 24 hours. To qualify for a full payout, you must keep the campaign active for **at least 20 hours**. Deleting the status/story early is grounds for validation rejection and zero earnings. For non-disappearing posts (such as X posts, Instagram Grid posts/Reels, or YouTube videos), they must remain active for the entire duration of the campaign.

3. Ban on Solicited & Invalid Clicks

We track and credit organic, peer-to-peer interest. Clicks must be generated by genuine interest in the ad. The following activities are strictly prohibited and detected automatically by our deduplication and velocity engines:

  • "Click exchange" programs or mutual-click WhatsApp groups (e.g., "Click my link and I will click yours").
  • Offering financial incentives, cashbacks, or virtual rewards to contacts in exchange for clicking your link.
  • Self-clicking your own generated campaign links.
  • Spamming your tracking links into public WhatsApp groups, online forums, or comments sections.

4. Honest Performance Proofs

You must submit authentic, unaltered screenshots or active post links showing the performance metrics (view counts, reach, or active status) on your social channel. Uploading fabricated screenshots, recycled proof images, or screenshots from other users' devices will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your StatusEarn profile and forfeiture of all pending wallet balances.
